NORTHERN CINCINNATI YOUTH BALLET LLC

1) There are NO street shoes, jewelry, watches, cell phones, any form of communication devices, music devices, nail polish, hair spray, safety pins, any type of glass products, gum chewing, food, eating, or drinks permitted in the studios at any time.

2) Students are not permitted to use the stereo equipment at any time.

3) Please be courteous to other classes that are in session while you are waiting for yours. Please keep noise to a minimum. There are NO conversations permitted during classes.

4) If a student comes to class more than 5 minutes late, it will be the instructor’s decision as to whether the student will be permitted to take the class. Punctuality is essential. Classes begin with warm up exercises to prevent injuries that might result from harder moves later in the class. If a student is more than 10 minutes late, they will be asked to watch the rest of the class, as it will not be possible for them to be properly warmed up to join the class.

5) If a student is tardy and is permitted to take the class, they must wait at the door until the combination has finished. At that time, the instructor will acknowledge them to join the class. At no time is the student permitted to walk into the class late.

6) If a student must leave the class early for any reason, they must tell the instructor before the class starts, and must acknowledge the teacher before leaving the class. At no time is the student permitted to walk out of the class.

7) Misconduct will not be tolerated. The instructor may ask the student to leave the class for misconduct.

8) Northern Cincinnati Youth Ballet does not refund or pro-rate classes due to tardiness or misconduct.

9) Students may make up classes due to injury or illness. Missed classes must be made up within the same semester. Make up dates will be at the director’s discretion.
